The hotel provides basic toiletries and free Wi-Fi. The reception area is quite cluttered, with motorcycles and various items taking up space, so don’t expect a typical lobby. If you're waiting for a tour service, it’s common to do so outside in front, usually seated on a simple stool. Overall, it’s a practical, no-frills stay for budget-conscious travelers.

Empire House is a wonderful place to stay in Cambodia. The rooms are clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Its location is ideal close to the city’s main attractions, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet for a good rest. It truly feels like a cozy home away from home, offering both comfort and convenience at a great value.

Not a good experience. It looks like the pillow cases, bedsheets and comforters were not even changed. We arrived one hour earlier before check in time. We waited at their lobby for more than 2 hours, only to inform us again that the ac in the room we were supposed to stay is still not working. The only option they gave is to wait for another few hours. Then when we finally transferred to our room, it wasn’t what we expected .. Very untidy.
